Shipping Overview
Your order will ship via Canada Post, Fedex, or other 3rd party carriers. If your order includes multiple products, you may receive separate shipments. Please note that most of our shipments contain valuable items, therefore our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.
Standard Shipping Within Canada
On orders under $100, a flat $12 shipping fee will be added to your shopping cart. On orders over $100, a note will appear on the product page indicating the exact amount. This amount will be added to your shopping cart.
Freight Shipping
Certain items available, which are heavy or require special handling - have to be shipped via a 3rd-party freight carrier. If your purchase is delivered via Freight, you will be contacted by the Freight company by telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery (typically during M-F business hours), to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item. Freight shipments are brought to the curbside only and do not include assembly, installation or delivery inside a residence or office. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are extraordinary shipping/delivery circumstances. If you have any concerns, please contact us. With freight shipments, you are also required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) only if the damage appears severe.
Please note that for all items, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on Freight Delivery returns that are not damaged or incorrect.

We ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote regions but additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order to obtain a shipping quote. International Shipping

Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, although you may be liable to import duties on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties to your country.
Lead Times
Some items are in stock, while others are made to order with appropriate leasd times. We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you accurately and expediently. In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 - 72 hours of receiving the order. Your merchandise should then arrive within 5 to 10 business days. For made-to-order pieces, lead times will vary, ranging from 4 to 6 weeks.
